What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? You need to be a people manager! Your goal is to manage aspects of site Operations Quality in areas such as Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA), Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA), Micro Testing and Environmental Control and Product Quality Assurance (PQA). You will be an excellent communicator, as the role will often require you to work with many departments and external entities to accomplish goals.
Responsibilities: Carry out the responsibilities inherent in the position of Team Leader in respect to supervising the QA group. Ensure prompt attention of a Quality Manager in areas of risk, which might have an adverse effect on product and/or safety. Demonstrate leadership in decision making for QA area. On an annual basis complete performance reviews and development plans for reports. Link the team's vision to that of the organisation mission. Qualifications/experience: Third Level Qualification in a relevant discipline. Three years post-graduate experience in commercial health care product manufacture/QA. One year experience of people management/motivation. What is the leadership like for this role? This role reports to our Quality Assurance Manager. You will join the Quality Assurance team that includes QA Team Leader(s), Associate Quality Professionals, Quality Technician(s), Quality Professional(s) and Snr Quality Professional(s). The Leadership style in our Quality Assurance Team focuses on collaboration, morale, and motivation.
