The Role To support the Good distribution activities within the Citywest.
Work with the quality, operations and commercial teams to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place and to ensure that all operations are compliant to GxP standards.
Review and processing of daily ReturnsAssisting with the management of query tickets around returns and complaintsMonitoring the Temperature System (Hanwell) and printing weekly warehouse temperature reports for the RP/DRP reviewCreation and Review of quality related procedures and quality documentation within the Quality Management SystemAssisting with the raising and investigation of Deviations and Non-Conformances within the Quality Management SystemReview and Approval of Customer and Vendor SetupsAssisting with carry out annual Bona Fides checksAdministration and support of Recalls/Quarantine RequestsSupport the business in the daily duties associated with GMP rework activitiesProcessing of temperature-controlled deliveriesProcessing returnsProcessing product of product quality complaints and adverse eventsAdministration and support of Uniphar quality related queriesAny other quality duties which may arise
