An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team as a Quality and Compliance Officer .
This role is key in ensuring the organisation upholds its high standards and complies with key certifications including ISO9001, ISO37301, and BRCGS.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop Integrated and Complementary Management Systems, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Act as the management representative for all external, third-party, and customer audits.
Conduct quality assurance testing and maintain compliance documentation such as CE DoPs and product specifications.
Oversee statutory compliance checks, internal audits, and quality improvement schemes.
Collaborate with the management team to align quality and compliance initiatives with organisational priorities.
Deliver internal training sessions on quality and compliance-related topics.
Lead a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the site.
Skills and Requirements Qualifications : Strong knowledge of ISO9001; experience with ISO37301 and BRCGS is advantageous although recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and a demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret key process data.
Soft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
A team player with flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to manage change effectively.
