You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our quality instruments are set up, calibrated, and verified correctly.
You'll delve into various analyses as outlined in our quality plans, making sure everyone on the manufacturing team understands what needs to be done and what to do if things don't quite meet our standards.

Dealing with consumer complaints and compiling technical reports will also be on your plate.
Plus, you'll be the one creating and delivering training sessions, auditing systems and suppliers, and keeping our software systems running smoothly.
Managing our stock and consumables, planning and leading quality improvement projects, and staying flexible within the Group Technical Function are all part of the job.
So, if you're up for a dynamic role where you're central to keeping our operations running smoothly and our products top-notch, this could be the perfect fit for you.
About you You should hold a recognised science qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in a laboratory environment within the food, drinks, pharmaceutical, or similar sectors.
You should be skilled in conducting Chemical, Microbiological, Sensory, and Packaging Analysis, as well as proficient in data collation and report writing.
Moreover, you should possess project management experience and demonstrate the ability to lead and influence others effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong planning and organisational abilities, are essential.
A working knowledge of HACCP and Quality systems is required, along with computer literacy in programs such as Excel, Word, or other Quality Management System (QMS) packages.
Understanding the significance of customer service and having a continuous improvement focus are also vital attributes for this role.
