Job Title: Quality Manager
Reporting to: Contracts & Commercial Director
Location: Raharney, Co. Westmeath (travel to other sites required)
Our client is a leader in concrete products manufacturing across the UK and Ireland. The Quality Manager will uphold the Quality Management System (QMS), maintain certification, ensure compliance with ISO and CE standards, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include implementing and reviewing the QMS, coordinating internal audits, and ensuring product quality aligns with EN 206:2013 standards. The role also involves managing supplier quality assessments, liaising with external providers, and conducting product audits with the production team.
This position will lead quality-related training, report on quality performance, oversee corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Third-level qualification in Quality Management, 5+ years in a quality management role (preferably in civil engineering or infrastructure), and strong communication, organizational, and IT skills. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, action-oriented, and committed to excellence.
