Quality, Risk & Safety Project AdministratorTullamore, County Offaly, IrelandFixed Term, Full timeWho We AreMuiríosa Foundation supports individuals (and their families) with an intellectual disability and/or autism to live self-directed, connected and fulfilling lives.
Currently we employ over 1,400 staff and support people in Laois, Offaly, Westmeath, Meath, Longford, Kildare, Tipperary, Kilkenny.
We provide supports through the Regional structure and the Person Centred Wing.
Each region exercises a high level of devolved autonomy across all major operational functions including residential homes.

The Quality, Risk & Safety Project Administrator will work with the QRS Manager to drive quality improvement initiatives, build relationships and work in partnership and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
They will support the Quality, Risk & Safety team in leading out on QRS priorities, using innovation and technology to support continuous improvement.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Relevant third level qualification.Good data processing and administration experience.Previous experience providing administrative support to project teams.Experience working with databases and IT systems.Experience of working in the community/voluntary/public sector desired.Strong working knowledge of Systems, Databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Forms.Excellent organisational, logistical and I.T skills an advantage.An understanding and commitment to Muiríosa's Vision, Mission and Values.The ability to organise own work in order to manage multiple priorities.The ability to present information clearly, concisely, and confidently when speaking and writing.The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to assist performing the role.Displays professional knowledge and skills in order to undertake role.Initiative and Motivation.Informal Enquiries: Paula-Jane Geraghty Quality Risk Assessment Manager - (087) 7531442
