Carlow Our client are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and diligent Project Quantity Surveyor with 10 years+ work experience to join their experienced team.
The candidate will ideally have experience working on Public & Private Sector Projects, functioning within a quantity surveying department and with a good understanding of the difference between cost and value.Requirements of the QS are as follows: Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction EconomicsHave at least 10 years' experienceExperience working towards tight deadlines and budgets, dealing with interim payments and accountsGood client relationship skillsDesired Skills and Attributes: Excellent IT skills, in particular advanced Excel with a keen interest to develop further skillsKnowledge of Buildsoft or equivalent all desirable and advantageousGood communicator and analytical capabilitiesWillingness to show initiative and drive in addition to being a team playerWell-presented and professional with a flexible approach to work
