Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluation and interpretation of project contract documentation Plan and assess supplier and sub-contractor enquiries Deliver accurate, competitive, and cost-effective valuations promptly Prepare and distribute contract documents to the supply chain Review changes in scope and complete pricing variations Prepare and finalize monthly progress claims Maintain precise records of claims prepared, certificates issued, and retentions involved Ensure commercial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts Prepare and present monthly commercial project reports Provide information and analysis of issues and risks as needed by management Manage and forecast project cash flow Perform all other duties related to this role Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying Knowledge of commercial management within construction 1-3 years' electrical experience in a QS role A comprehensive understanding of work contracts Able to negotiate with clients on a professional level Proficient with full Microsoft package inclusive of Excel, MS Teams and MS Projects High level of accuracy and attention to detail A working knowledge of Electrical Tenders would be a distinctive advantage Location: Co.
