Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Kilmuckridge, Co, Wexford Job Description: Preparation of playground construction cost estimates Preparation and pricing of bills of quantities for tenders. Preparing Tender and Contract documents. Preparation of cashflow forecasts. Advising clients/ consults on cost implications of arising variations. Carrying out interim valuations of works and preparing final accounts. Skills Required: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying. Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a quantity surveying role in construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and tendering processes. Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts. Good presentation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, basic skill in AutoCAD
