Job Title: Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading construction consultancy in Donegal, who is seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.
This consultancy provides expert Quantity Surveying services across various sectors, including residential, retail, office, leisure, and infrastructure, managing multi-million projects across the country.

Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.
Dealing/liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
The Person: Degree within Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
4+ years' experience within a PQS environment.
Ideally Chartered but not essential.
Ambitious and highly motivated.
Organised, self-disciplined with a positive, collaborative attitude.
