About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout various stages of large-scale civils and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities: Conducting cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.Managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Monitoring project expenses and implementing cost control measures.Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.Evaluating variations and claims and providing accurate cost reports.Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale heavy civils and infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools.Competitive salary commensurate with experience. 5% Pension Contribution.
