Quantity Surveyor

We're partnering with multiple top-tier construction company with a strong presence in Ireland.
I am looking to speak with all levels of Quantity Surveyor around Ireland Key Responsibilities: * Lead Quantity Surveying Activities: Report directly to the Regional/Managing Quantity Surveyor and oversee all QS activities on-site.
* Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the internal cost planning team and external resources during project budget preparation.
* Cost Management: Manage and validate cost reports, cash flows, and CRM documentation throughout the project.
* Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, fostering a proactive risk management environment.
* Commercial Reporting: Present the monthly commercial pack to the Senior Management Team.
* Procurement Management: Oversee procurement, ensure scope accuracy, and manage subcontract packages and payments.
* Value Management: Promote a value-driven approach within the QS and project teams.
* Continuous Development: Stay current with modern construction methods and technologies, encouraging CPD within the QS team.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors and the supply chain.
* Project QS Cycle: Ensure timely completion of the monthly QS cycle on-site.
* Team Management: Lead and develop the project QS team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
