Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.
Dealing/liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
The Person: Degree within Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
4+ years' experience within a PQS environment.
Ideally Chartered but not essential.
Ambitious and highly motivated.
Organised, self-disciplined with a positive, collaborative attitude.
