As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the daily activities of the surveying team, while taking overall accountability for the commercial aspects of multiple residential projects.
You will be responsible for the commercial performance for several developments including pre-construction, cost management, while managing and motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff. Projects include 'high density' apartments and traditional housing in key locations in Kildare, Meath, and Dublin (West).
This is a critical appointment, based out of HQ (just off M50), with hybrid options possible, integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy, with potential to become part of the Senior Management Team.
