Quantity Surveyor Mid & Senior Level QS positions available Our client is one of Ireland's leading construction firms, delivering landmark and essential projects across residential, civils, healthcare, and civic sectors.
We have multiple opportunities available for Mid-Level and Senior Quantity Surveyors based in Galway City.
These roles offer exciting prospects for growth and development within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing all aspects of project cost management.
Preparing tender and contract documents.
Issuing payment certificates in accordance with company systems and procedures.
Managing the change control process.
Coordinating with clients and the design team.
Appointing and managing subcontractors and suppliers.
Conducting cost analysis of subcontractor packages.
Performing risk management, value management, and cost control.
You Will Have: Degree qualified.
At least 3-5+ years' post-graduate QS experience for mid-level roles; more extensive experience for senior roles.
Experience in preparing valuations, variation management, CVR reporting, and payment certificates.
Experience in apartment developments is preferred but not essential.
