Job DescriptionOur client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projectsPre-contract cost control and managementPre-contract document preparationAll post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliationsThe key duties will include but are not limited to the following:Estimating & Cost PlanningReporting to the senior surveyorPreparing Bills of Quantities, Buildsoft & CubitPreparing Cost ReportsPreparing Monthly ValuationsPreparation and Agreement of Final AccountsRequirementsDegree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience in a PQS firmPackage€55K - 75K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.Permanent staff role with an excellent career path
