The ideal candidate will have a strong background in measurement, procurement, estimating, tender evaluations, onsite cost management, dealing with subcontractors and attending design team meetings.
Preparation of estimates and cost plans for variety of projects using Buildsoft/Cubit/Mudshark softwarePreparation of standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reportsPreparation of tender documents and measurement of BOQ's in ARM4Analysis of tenders and preparing tender reports at all stages of procurementPrepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variationsPrepare and agree final accountRequirementsBSc Degree in Quantity Surveying with 4+years experience working in the Irish residential market?Good communication and presentation skillsComputer literate with skills in MS officeBuildsoft/Cubit/ Mudshark experiencePackageSalary €55K-80K- negotiable depending on the level of experience and qualifications.
