Quantity Surveyor - Tier One Contractor

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Irish Contractor with projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors to join a main contractor and gain project experience on large scale projectsCost Management of one or more projectsProject procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with construction program to ensure delivery of project on time and on budgetPreparing monthly project payment applications and cost reportsMonitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design TeamReporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projectsRequirementsDegree level in Quantity Surveying 5 + years quantity surveying experience on Civils ProjectsPrevious projects experience on Datacentre, Hi-Tech, Pharma, Retail/Commercial projects desiredChartered or working towards chartershipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredExcellent IT skillsPackageSalary €80- 95K and negotiable dependent on experience plus company benefits package inc carFull-time permanent staff role with great career prospects
