We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our clients team in Longford.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will provide comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and talent management.

Negotiable salary DOE.
Hours- Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Friday 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities: Trusted Advisor Act as the go-to HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance and resolving HR-related queries.
Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
Talent Development Support managers in identifying workforce needs and implementing talent development strategies.
Employee Relations Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and welfare meetings.
HR System Management Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of HR systems.
Compliance & Reporting Monitor HR metrics, manage visa and work permit applications, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Engagement & Recognition Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, morale, and recognition.
Continuous Improvement Lead HR improvement projects and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Experience Required: Qualifications & Experience HR qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
HR Systems Expertise Proven experience in HR system implementation and optimization.
Employment Law Knowledge Solid understanding of compliance requirements and best practices.
