We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a highly successful and leading FMCG in Dublin North.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Hybrid Options.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, self-motivated with a keen interest in developing and implementing their sales strategy and is willing to be a collaborator with a hands-on approach with their marketing and people efforts.
Responsibilities: Liaising with customer commercial departments.
Maintain and utilise customer portals to produce, track & analyse sales reports and trends and communicate and interpret them to relevant stakeholders.
Research reports on market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends, informing strategic decision-making.
Support the Sales & Marketing department with strategies for trade shows.
Evaluate and interpret the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
Ad hoc travel for customer and brand show purposes.
Working with the Sales & Marketing department with ongoing projects.
Lead internal communications across the business including daily, weekly and monthly communication posts on our internal communications platform and digital signage across the site.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in a relevant role ideally within the FMCG sector.
Proficient in collating and analysing commercial sales and market data within the FMCG sector.
Competent with MS Office as well as the Adobe suite and/or Canva.
Full driver's license and own car.
