As an R&D Engineer I, you'll work on the design, development, and testing of innovative medical devices, applying your engineering expertise to create solutions that make a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities: As an R&D Engineer I, you will:
Translate design inputs into detailed concepts, specifications, and test plans.Develop and execute test protocols, analyse results, and document findings comprehensively.Identify optimal materials, assembly methods, and process settings for device development.Create and test prototype models for performance evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, time, and cost objectives.Liaise with external vendors to achieve project milestones effectively.Support risk management activities and regulatory compliance during development and manufacturing.Assist in developing physician training materials and supporting CAPA/complaint investigation processes.Requirements: Honours degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent).Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical device design and development (including CAD design, prototyping, and testing).Why Apply?
