Office First:- This role will be full-time in their Dublin-based office for your first six months.
This will massively assist you with your onboarding.

After probation, it's three days a week in the office or more if you like.
Salary & Benefits:- DOE €100,000 - €120,000, car parking facilities, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, Income protection, and more Travel: You must be able to Travel.This is approximately 15% throughout the year.
Senior Product Manager skill-set required You have worked with companies that have scaled, fast.
5yrs+ working in Product Management (Product Owner background useful) Have built business cases for investment in new products.
Advocates for funding for your Products and manages the budget (in collaboration with Finance, Engineering & Commercial Teams) Developed and maintained the roadmap (in collaboration with Engineering & PMO) Developed and owned delivery of business case for your Product/ Products.
Must have owned and been responsible for Competitive Analysis Product Discovery / Product Market Fit / Competitor Analysis / User interviews You will have launched several 0-1 products.
Become an expert on your Products & Customers and ensure this is understood by the Business and Delivery teams.
E2E experience, enabling the business to have more Customer contact & input to inform their roadmaps & strategy Expertise in helping companies transition to being more commercially focussed.
Experienced in collaboration with Commercial teams to help improve and shape their process and Products in this area.
Ensures Product positioning is clearly understood throughout the business and drives Go to Market for your products (in collaboration with Commercial Teams & Marketing) KPI / Metrics, you have defined appropriate KPIs & success metrics.
Data-driven in your decision-making.
