Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to design and improve product formulations.
Assist management in testing and refining recipes and processes.
Evaluate product quality through sensory testing.
Create and maintain technical documents, including specifications and reports.
Organise pilot trials and scale products for production.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide development.
Support packaging, compliance, and customer presentations.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Food Science or related field At least 1 years experience in a similar environment Knowledge of food regulations, standards and quality assurance principles Randstad encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
