Minimum Requirement QQI level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person but preferably Full QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or related qualification.  Full Valid Drivers Licence (essential) Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Available to start immediately (preferred) Job responsibilities: Assisting client with all daily living needs.
Liaising with care co-ordination team, Supervisors and Managers.
Assisting client with all daily living needs.
Personal Care.
Food preparation .
Assistance with mobility.
Medication prompting.
Companionship.
