About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Technologist to join the Dairy & Dairy Alternatives Applications Team Based in Naas, Ireland.
Key responsibilitiesLeading medium to high complexity technical projects with a focus on Dairy & Dairy Alternative Applications.Building strong customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions and managing customer opportunities to drive business growth.Working closely with RD&A Technology teams and collaborating to validate specific technologies into Dairy & Dairy Alternative Applications including Milk, Cheese, Butter spreads, Margarine, and Cream.Managing projects end to end whilst working cross-functionally with Commercial, RD&A, Strategy, and Regulatory teams. This role requires strong project management skills with the ability to map out timelines and ensure they are met.Leading Application Innovation projects from ideation stage through to launch. Working cross-functionally to understand the market/customer needs and how this can be addressed utilizing Kerry solutions.Qualifications and skillsBSc in Food Science or equivalent.Previous experience in the Dairy Industry with strong technical capability.Experience and knowledge in relation to the use of technologies into Dairy Application.Project management and organizational skills.The ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.Experience in evaluation of ingredients in food applications.Strong innovation mindset to develop novel solutions and create competitive advantage for Kerry.Driven to overcome challenges and develop timely solutions.Strong commercial acumen and market focus.Excellent communication skills and knowledge sharing ability.In Kerry we understand that people have very different career trajectories and experiences.
