Real Estate Investment Manager

Our client is looking to hire a no.2 to the MD in a Real Estate Investment company.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting the MD in originating new business;Supporting the MD in analysing, underwriting and structuring of potential lending/investment opportunities.Preparation of all underwriting documents for investment committee.Preparation of term sheets, including instruction of all the relevant DD parties.Lead the loan execution process driving our third-party professionals – being solicitors, valuers and quantity surveyors, to ensure a speedy execution of a transaction.RequirementsQualified real estate professional with a minimum of 4 years experience within real estate.Highly analytical with very strong modelling skills.Experience in analysing financial information relating to plans and forecasts and preparation of relevant commentary.
