Real Estate, Senior Associate - Dublin Real Estate Solicitor required for a major global brand.
With the development of its legal team and further expansion on the agenda, our client is now looking for an experienced real estate lawyer with a minimum of four years' real estate experience to join the team.

The Role:Working for household name clients including multinationals, listed and privately owned companies and start-ups globally.Much of your work will be alongside non-lawyers enabling you to develop a deeper understanding of business issues and the commercial context of your advice.Providing support on the real estate aspects of a variety of high profile corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. Candidate Requirements:You will have a strong real estate solicitor background and ideally at least four years' post qualification experience.You will have experience in advising corporate and private equity clients on the real estate aspects of their deals.You will have a strong academic background.Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
