We have a fabulous opportunity that would suit a hotel Receptionist / Front Office professional with strong IT and admin skills. This luxury, hi-spec office space in central Dublin is currently recruiting a Reception Administrator to deliver a first class service to all guests and members.
Great work schedule with this role - 8am earliest start and 5.30pm latest finish, Monday to Friday, with only occasional event assistance required outside of these hours.
Key responsibilities:
Meet and greet members and visitors with a warm, professional welcomeAnswer queries via phone, email and in person, acting as a resource for members seeking information, assistance and recommendationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of all key services, products and local amenitiesFollow opening and closing proceduresEnsure Reception, office andmeeting rooms are always kept to the highest standardAssist with meeting room bookings and setup, including AVReceive and sort daily mailComplete administration tasksMonitor and assist with keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy at all timesUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsKeep updated records of office expenses and costsMonitor / Order office supplies as requiredAttend weekly operations meetingMaintain building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Assist with occasional on-site eventsCandidate requirements:
Minimum twoyears' previous experience in Reception / Front Office / Customer Service within a high-end hotel / office / large hospitality settingStrong IT knowledge and skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident problem solver with professional, hospitality-focused demeanorHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)Resourceful and proactive workerExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksGenuine dedication to customer serviceBright, energetic, positiveattitudeOffering exceptional work spaces with every modern convenience in luxurious surroundings, it will be an absolute delight to "go to the office" for the successful candidate - send in your CV today to apply for this role!
