Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life: Front Office OperationsEnsuring the smooth operation of the reception deskSupervising and delegating work of receptionistsAssisting the Front Office Manager with daily duties when requestedWelcoming and acknowledging all guests in the reception and lobby area in a warm and friendly mannerDelivering training and assisting in the development of the front office teamBalancing all financial records and reports at the end of each shiftCommunicating effectively with the accommodation manager and supervisors for the availability of clean inspected rooms and extra requirements for guestsUpselling rooms where possibleEnsuring floats are balanced at the end of all shiftsCompleting corrections of bills when on shiftEnsuring all invoices are correct for posting with all relevant backup and liaising with the Accounts department on a daily basisCustomer ServiceLeading by example by providing an efficient and friendly service to guests at all timesProviding a warm and friendly telephone service to guestsHandling guest complaints in a professional mannerMaintaining a positive, friendly attitude with both hotel guests and colleagues alikePeople ManagementLeading and supervising the reception team while on dutyEnsuring that continuous training is scheduled and carried out and signed off with all members of the reception teamHow we see you: Previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interestExcellent communication and organisational skillsFlexible in working hoursOwn transport is an advantageWhat's on offer?
