We are currently recruiting for the position of a Full Time Receptionist to join our Front Office Team.
The hours for the role vary from 8am - 11pm, with the option of early, middle and late evening shifts to ensure the team is fully covered at all times.
The role will be inclusive of weekend work.
Previous Receptionist Experience would be beneficial to this available role.

Key Responsibilities To ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception, to ensure all guests are warmly and efficiently looked after during their experience in the hotel.
To ensure effective controls are implemented and adhered to, regarding making appointments, guests accounts, cash and other general duties.
To deal with customer comments & feedback as per standard.
Answering the telephone with the appropriate manner and responding to all messages.
To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedure. To have full knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.
