Receptionist – Full-Time

Head Office - Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co. Meath The position of Receptionist has overall responsibility for the efficient running of the reception area, providing a professional front line service to staff and customers.
Responsibilities:        Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard at all times        Answering internal and external phone calls in a professional and friendly manner        Listening to, responding and or forwarding voice mail messages received on the switchboard answering system        Sorting the daily post along with any other packages received        Sorting and sending Internal Mail        Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers and sending/replying to e-mails        Booking flights and hotel accommodation for business managers        Booking couriers, taxis, and overnight couriers        Receipting and completing registered post        Re-stocking stationery/cleaning/canteen supplies        Arranging catering for meetings (if applicable)        Management & maintenance of Head Office meeting rooms/Department Print Stations        Administrative duties such as daily invoice entry        Other Ad hoc duties as they arise Skills Required:        Previous experience in a stand-alone receptionist role        Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel        Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills        Ability to work independently as well as part of a team        Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities        Strong attention to detail is essential   What You Get: Kilsaran is an organization that believes that our people are our greatest strength, and our success is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of our team.
