Receptionist - Recruitment Company Salary: €28,000 per year + uncapped commission on training sales Location: Dublin Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Excel Recruitment is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role and possess near-fluent English.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and candidates, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our recruitment office.
Roles and Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails with a high level of professionalism.
Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
Use CRM systems to manage client and candidate information.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Assist with the sales of training courses and earn uncapped commission on sales.
Support the recruitment team with resourcing tasks such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and shortlisting applicants.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professional image.
Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills with a near-fluent level of English.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
