Job Description Castle Leslie Estate voted a Best Place to Work is looking for a Reception Supervisor.
The Reception Supervisor will assist the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the reception department and oversee all reception operations in the Rooms Division Manager/Assistant Manager absence.
Requirements – Follow all company policies and procedure; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs.
Handle any guest issues with professionalism and confidence; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Reception team and support the team to reach common goals.
The Reception team supervisor is also responsible for motivating and directing team members on a daily basis.
About The Role Job responsibilities: · You will be responsible for the operation of front of house, and when required supervision of the team.
· A confident communicator and demonstrate excellent interaction skills to ensure that our guests receive a high standard of service.
· Create an inspiring team and an open communication policy.
· Set team goals for staff.
· Delegate certain tasks for staff and set deadlines and follow up.
· Oversee the day to day operation of the receptionist.
· Monitor team performance and report back to the Rooms Division Manager.
· Provide coaching and training when needed.
· Listen to team members ideas or if they have any issues/conflicts handle appropriately.
· Recognise high performance and encourage creativity and passion.
