Recruitment Consultant – Castlebar

As a result of steady growth, Arcon Recruitment is looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our seasoned recruitment team in our Castlebar branch. Duties / Activities Full 360 recruitment. Liaise with clients to identify their talent requirements, plan a solution, identify and assess suitable candidates, and close the deal. New client attraction. Work in a defined vertical/industry sector, identify new customers via phone prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and attending networking events. All new business activity is fully supported through regular marketing initiatives. Working to revenue targets. Grow the existing customer base through retention activity and regular contact to ensure we have maximized all commercial opportunities. Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and database marketing. Provide interview preparation and offer post-interview feedback to candidates. Get involved in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to identify new business. Requirements 3rd level qualification in a Business, Marketing, or HR discipline. Previous experience in Sales & Customer Service. IT literate. Passionate and hungry to succeed.
