We are currently seeking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for our Galway office.
This position encompasses a range of duties associated with the broader service offering in a busy recruitment agency.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative and as part of a team.
The person must be discreet, trustworthy, and capable of dealing with confidential material.
The position offered represents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are seeking to develop and expand their recruitment experience and skills in an area of significant growth.
This is a full-time position for 12 months with a salary of €30,000 - €40,000 per annum.
Duties will include: Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team.
Provision of end-to-end administrative support and guidance to customers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Update and maintain candidate and recruitment information.
Liaise with a variety of stakeholders of the organisation.
Assist with marketing related activities.
Arrange interviews for large scale recruitment drives.

The ideal candidate will have: A third level qualification and/or relevant experience.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Experience working in a customer service role.
Experience working in recruitment (desirable not essential).
Excellent time management skills with experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment.
An ability to multi-task, being able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent IT skills in particular MS Office suite with the ability to learn how to use new systems effectively.
An ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality dealing with candidate information and documentation.
