We have hired over 50 people this year to date, and we are looking to hire another 100 before the end of the year.
For this reason, we are looking for a recruitment coordinator to support the talent acquisition team in organising interviews, managing candidates and stakeholders expectations, generating contracts, and managing several other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Administrative support on all recruitment activitiesOrganising and confirming candidate interviews with internal stakeholdersCreating and posting job advertisementsGenerating weekly recruitment reports that will be presented to senior leadershipAssisting new hires through onboardingCompleting onboarding and reference checks for new startersPhone screening candidatesManage and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Generating interest and awareness of the employee referral programme internallyWorking with Marketing to create and push recruitment campaigns out through communication channelsOther ad hoc duties and projects as requiredQualifications Strong administration skills with a natural ability to organise and structure thingsAt least 6-12 months experience in an administrative roleStrong ability to navigate Microsoft ExcelStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent multitasking and timekeeping skillsBenefits 25 days annual leave + 2 company daysHealth InsurancePension ContributionESOPTax saver schemeBike to work schemeSports and social activitiesGreat annual office outings (Summer BBQ, Christmas party, charity runs)Bits & Bobs days (Half day every quarter to get your Bits & Bobs done)Learning and Development OpportunitiesCubic Telecom is an equal opportunities employer and committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
