We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to recruit and onboard registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to support our clients' needs.
You will oversee all administrative tasks related to recruiting our healthcare workers having a high focus on communicating with healthcare workers and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Everyday you will… Drive client satisfaction and retention by understanding their requirements and ways in which to deliver Build relationships with our healthcare workers and clients to ensure a exceptional service for them from the outset and throughout  Ensure accurate worker documentation and positive onboarding experience prior to starting with us Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery  Deal with inbound and outbound calls with our healthcare workers assisting them through their recruitment journey   What's in it for you?
