Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Location: Co. Mayo Salary: Depending on experience Sky Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of our client, a luxurious property located in County Mayo.
About the Role: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for a range of positions within the property.
You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
Manage candidate communications and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
Assist with onboarding and employee documentation once positions are filled.
About You: Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with hiring systems.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
