Role Purpose As a recruitment officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Consultant in managing recruitment, compliance and contracting processes end to end, including job posting, campaign management, interview scheduling and coordination, compliance and onboarding.

The main responsibilities of this post are as follows: Bring applicants through the eligibility process.Interview candidates.Once through eligibility/interview, start recruitment clearances which include:Reference ChecksQualification VerificationGarda VettingOverseas Police Clearance (where applicable)Liaise with our in-house OH DepartmentTrainingVerification of Service etc.Ensure all Doctors/Nurses/Healthcare Assistants are fully compliant with both agency/HSE standards before making them active to work.Generate strong adverts on a weekly basis to attract the correct candidates and to build pools of staff for each area.Conduct open days, college visits and client visits.Liaise with clients and management daily.Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
Essential Skills and Experience: Possess excellent communicative skills.Work well as part of a large nationwide team.Maintain a high standard of attention to detail.Be IT literate.Have the ability to multitask and prioritise while meeting strict deadlines.Word and Excel are essential.Experience working in a Healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
