Job Objectives: We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist experienced in agency recruitment environments.
Based in Stamullen, this role will report directly to the HR Manager and be part of the wider Human Resource team.
Working with the Human Resource Manager to lead, and deliver on the key recruitment activities with regards to Job Adverts, identifying recruitment channels, sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines and managing the ATS.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume actively identifying new ways to source candidates through social media to build a continuous pipeline for future talent requirements.
Maintain and build relationships with Account Managers in LinkedIn, Indeed, Occupop and Jobs.ie.
Ensure roles are regularly updated and advertised on the careers section, and job boards providing a correct and clear understanding of the job descriptions.
Manage the daily shortlisting and screenings of the applications.
Provide correct and timely recruitment reports and maintain strong KPIs around talent attraction.
Provide market analysis and insights to the wider Human Resource team about compensation and benefits, skills gaps on the market, and candidate feedback.
Work closely with the wider HR team to develop a standard approach to the processes, support, and participate in Recruitment related needs.
Employer Branding awareness and working with the Social Media and PR contractor to keep our brand awareness up to date and current.
Experience with Glassdoor desirable but not necessary.
Role Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience working in an recruitment sourcing role.
Manage heavy volume recruitment A progressive, approach to Talent attraction and sourcing Experience of the latest Talent thinking but in practical terms - not just a theory An ability to work in an agile way.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Comfortable working autonomously without the need for constant oversight Digital acumen, good knowledge of systems (Occupop ideally) and processes that improve efficiency and drive enhanced decision making Excellent relationship building and communication.
