Are you an ambitious and energetic Account Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, one of the largest suppliers in the industrial MRO sector, is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to help drive their regional sales growth. This field-based role focuses on the North Leinster region and is integral to the company's strategic expansion plans over the coming years.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering an ambitious sales growth strategy, forging long-lasting and successful relationships with new and existing customers across a range of industrial sectors including Pharma, Medical, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and more. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and working closely with the Regional Branch, your mission will be to maximise sales potential and drive financial growth through exceptional customer engagement.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve revenue and margin targets through clear, focused business objectives.Cultivate high levels of customer satisfaction by building trust, communicating effectively, and demonstrating creative problem-solving, high integrity, and teamwork.Collaborate effectively with Regional Operations Managers, the Branch Manager, and Internal Sales teams to expand revenue and market share within key accounts.Proactively manage existing leads and generate new ones in a structured, efficient manner.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer data within the CRM, including pipeline management.Negotiate pricing with both customers and suppliers to ensure competitive advantage.Conduct sales forecasts and in-depth analyses, presenting your findings to senior management.Identify and target new customer opportunities to drive business growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets.Provide tailored recommendations to prospects and clients, showcasing how the company's solutions can meet their unique business needs.Requirements:Proven track record in delivering technical sales and managing sales performance.Highly motivated, structured, and capable of working independently.Strong sales acumen with a demonstrable ability to positively influence outcomes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on solution-based selling.A passion for meeting sales, profitability, and budget targets.Enthusiastic, well-organised, with a "can-do" attitude and a talent for customer rapport.Familiarity with the territory and existing customer relationships is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.A full, clean EU driving licence.This position comes with a highly competitive package including; a base salary, an excellent bonus incentive, company car, phone, medical and company pension.
