About the Role: As the Recruitment Manager, you'll drive our recruitment strategy, boost revenue and productivity, and manage regional budgets alongside the Head of Recruitment. Direct Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and selecting top-tier candidates.

Business Development: Develop strong client relationships and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications & Experience: Education: Relevant 3rd level qualification plus recruitment certification.
Experience: 6+ years in recruitment with a strong focus on business development.
