We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and oversee all stores and departments within the designated area (currently x12 sites).
Reporting into the Head of Retail, this role is crucial in ensuring Trinny London consistently delivers a customer-first approach, meets business objectives, and achieves financial targets whilst keeping our people at the heart of everything we do.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within your region and opening new sites within your region.
You will manage and support your teams to ensure they meet their sales targets, stay focused and remain motivated. Please note: This role is field based and requires extensive travel to various locations, with weekend work.

The Role Your daily to-dos might look like this: Sales & Strategy Oversee sales revenue for the designated area, maximising sales opportunities and analysing sales performance data regularly to ensure delivery of targets. Expectation to exceed forecasts, and deliver year on year growth, ensuring our stores and departments are achieving their ATV, AUS, Conversion and Sales per hour KPIs. Work with Head of Retail to manage P&L, optimising through strategic financial planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Deliver Retail's strategic objectives, taking ownership and creating business proposals for senior management on opportunities.
Create commercial, visually inspiring, and effective operational environments for our customers and team members Identify opportunities alongside Head of Retail within the covering area, to increase footfall and look at commercial activations that will drive revenue. Monitor competitor activities, assess their impact on sales and mitigate these impacts.
Field & Operations: Alongside our training team, support your Business Managers to ensure their teams are delivering a 'Customer First' experience with excellent product knowledge.
Build strong relationships and partner with host stores maximise sales opportunities. Collaborate with all internal departments, particularly Retail Operations, to ensure operational efficiency.
Help to build and manage store stock file accuracy, minimising any losses within the stock loss targets. Ensure the seamless planning, execution and ownership of new store openings within the covering region. People Management & Recruitment Lead by example, not only embodying Trinny London's internal values but also acting as an ambassador for the brand Support, educate and develop Business Managers, conducting performance reviews, coaching and championing their development, using the desired tools to support and manage performance where necessary. Ensure succession planning is in place for covering regions in alignment with the People Team. Encourage Business Manager to own their recruitment, working with the Talent Team and supporting when necessary.
Address underperformance and non compliance in line with internal procedures in liaison with the People Team. Lead, motivate and inspire teams: fostering collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
