Regional Sales Manager - Scotland & IrelandWho is Strongdor? Strongdor are a steel door manufacturer experiencing rapid growth, with turnover of £17.5m in 2023.
Your Responsibilities Booking face-to-face appointments;Conducting reactive visits to existing customers;Travelling regionally for appointments, staying overnight when required;Analysing customer data;Growing existing customers;Visiting Strongdor's top customers regularly;Creating plans for efficiency;Visiting new customers during onboarding;Prospecting for new customers and onboarding them.The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, a winning mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and a mindset to embrace change and innovation to help Strongdor improve.
Other requirements This is a full-time role requiring extensive travel and overnight stays within the specified region. The work style involves a combination of remote work and on-site visits as well as regular team meetings at the Head Office in Morecambe. A Company car will be provided.
