Registered Dietitian

We would like too invite applications of the role of Registered Dietitian in Nenagh Rehabilitation Unit, Tyone Nenagh, Co. Tipperary on a Part-time,12 Months Fixed Term Contract Role and Responsibilities To conduct dietetic assessments and develop care plans for nursing home residents who have been referred to Dietician To triage all referrals and ensure that patients/residents are reviewed within a clinically appropriate timeline To provide nutritional support and advice to health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients To support Beaumont Lodge and nursing homes to deliver best nutritional care to their residents e.g., conduct online or onsite training with staff in nursing homes Liaising with acute hospital dieticians to manage relationships with key stakeholders and HCPs To develop support materials and resources for HCPs To deliver projects as a member of the Bartra Health Care and HCP teams to drive innovative clinical solutions for patients/residents.
