Registered Dietitian (Senior Grade) - Beaumont

We would like to invite applications for the role of  Registered Dietitian (Senior Grade) on a Part time/Full time, Permanent Contract in  Beaumont Lodge Transitional Care Unit, Kilmore Road, Artane, Dublin 5.
Role and Responsibilities To conduct dietetic assessments and develop care plans for nursing home residents who have been referred to Dietician To triage all referrals and ensure that patients/residents are reviewed within a clinically appropriate timeline To provide nutritional support and advice to health care professionals (HCPs) and their patients To support Nenagh Rehabilitation Unit, Beaumont Lodge and Bartra Nursing homes to deliver best nutritional care to their residents e.g., conduct online or onsite training with staff in nursing homes Liaising with acute hospital dieticians to manage relationships with key stakeholders and HCPs To develop support materials and resources for HCPs To deliver projects as a member of the Bartra Health Care and HCP teams to drive innovative clinical solutions for patients/residents.
To undertake continuous professional development as a member in Bartra Health Care Project KPI's and reports to the Director of Clinical Services or Deputy To be able to provide own clinical supervision with support from Bartra Healthcare Team Qualifications: A recognised qualification in Dietetics with an active CORU Registration Full Driving Licence- optional The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
