Registered General Nurse

Medforce Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting Registered Staff Nurses to join the team of excellent nurses in the nursing homes all over Ireland. The Staff Nurse will provide holistic, person-centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for residents. The nursing home promotes interdisciplinary working, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with professional colleagues to provide a range of specialist care services including care of the older person, people with Dementia/Alzheimer's and step - down care, Convalescence care services. Requirements Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible to be so registered. Working experience of HIQA Standards and Health Act Regulations 2013. Consideration will be given to newly qualified/graduate nurses. Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills. Fluent in the English language (verbal and written) and be eligible to work in Ireland. Strong communication and listening skills. Demonstrate clinical experience in working with a team of diverse clinicians and strong knowledge of the concepts and operation of clinical governance. Ability to lead, teach, manage, participate, and play a key role in the practice education of student nurses and healthcare staff and promote and engage in the teaching/training/support of others as appropriate. Have a good knowledge and experience of health, safety, and other statutory regulations affecting a healthcare organization. Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development.
