Role Overview: The Paediatric Registrar plays a crucial role in providing frontline, hands-on care for a diverse patient population within the Paediatric Department. In addition to delivering lifesaving medical care, the Registrar is also responsible for guiding and training junior staff (SHOs). On-call duties are part of the role, offering the opportunity to take full responsibility and gain valuable experience in the specialty.
