Primary ResponsibilitiesCompilation of Regulatory Returns: Including but not limited to reporting on Capital, Liquidity, Large Exposures, Asset Encumbrance, and Leverage Ratios.Daily Management Information (MI) Reporting: Preparing daily reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.Process Review and Enhancement: Evaluating existing reporting procedures, identifying issues, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address them promptly.Awareness and Knowledge Maintenance: Staying informed about new and existing business areas, related financial products, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes that could impact the reporting process.Process Improvement Initiatives: Proposing and implementing plans to enhance reporting processes where feasible.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate information sharing.Regulatory Risk Analysis Support: Assisting in all facets of regulatory risk analysis across UK and Irish entities, including contributions to Board governance, regulatory policy development, and ensuring competence in relevant regulatory supervisory statements and policies.Email ****** for more information.
