Regulatory Compliance Manager – Irish Funds – Private Investment FirmMiryco Consultants is working with a renowned private investment firm who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Dublin office. This role is well suited for someone with a particular understanding of CBI regulations pertaining to Irish funds.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance.
* Design and maintenance of the CMP.
* Performing compliance risk-assessments.
* CBI Portal reporting.
* Leading due diligence processes for the entity.
Experience:
* Demonstratable Compliance experience in a senior role.
* Asset management or funds experience ideal.
* Thorough understanding of CBI's regulations.
* AML/CDD/KYC experience.
* Strong report writing skills.
Location: Dublin
